Bidding Procedures and the Virtual Deal Room (VDR)
NRC, on behalf of the Seller, is seeking definitive offers for all or some of the Convenience Stores with Gas, as well as any combination of the Tobacco Outlet, and/or the Development Parcel, in accordance with the bid process described in the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM). Offers are due to NRC no later than 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Tuesday, December 10, 2019. Upon approval by the Seller of a prospective purchaser’s proposed offer, purchaser will be given access to the Virtual Deal Room (VDR) through e-mail invitation from NRC. The VDR will contain a copy of the CIM, together with various due diligence documents, including, but not limited to, historical store-level income statements, fuel supply agreements, environmental information and reports, title insurance commitments and documentation, surveys, permits and licenses, tax information, and certain other information.
