38 Michigan Home Sites in Swartz Creek and Farmington Hills Areas Available Through Online Auction
AUGUST 18, 2009, CHICAGO ? Thirty-eight home sites in southeast Michigan have become available for purchase through an online auction being conducted by NRC Realty & Capital Advisors (NRC). The Chicago-headquartered firm is a leading organizer of such sales on behalf of developers, lenders, and companies disposing of multiple properties in all parts of the United States.Titled Michigan Fall Auction, this sale is being held in conjunction with Windham Realty Group, Inc. The offering uses NRC?s "Bid Now" process so that buyers can purchase multiple sites or a single site online in advance of the live auction. Further information is available at www.nrc.com/912.
Thirty-one of the sites are located at Cole Creek Estates in Swartz Creek, west of Flint. Ranging in size from 6,600 to 11,100 square feet, the home sites are part of a community of homes close to the city named for a small creek running through the area and located close to the interstate for quick access to nearby Flint. Auction day minimum bid prices on the home sites start at $3,000.
The remaining seven home sites are located at The Sanctuary in Farmington Hills, one of southeastern Michigan?s most affluent suburban communities. Lot sizes in The Sanctuary range from 18,000 to 27,000 square feet with an auction day minimum bid of $25,000 per site. Financing is available for completion of purchases in both communities, although just for a bulk purchase in Cole Creek Estates.
Together with Windham Realty Group, NRC conducted a successful auction for properties across Michigan during early summer, 2009. Sellers and buyers who completed transactions found mutual advantage, with investors and single property buyers obtaining real estate at favorable prices and sellers benefiting from real bids at attractive levels.
The "Bid Now" feature allows purchasers and sellers to complete their transactions in a quick and advantageous way. In order to participate, buyers and sellers must follow procedures which can be found in detail at http://www.nrc.com/912. There, choose "Properties for Sale" and then choose "How-to-Bid."
"We felt that these properties presented such a wonderful opportunity that we wanted to make them available immediately with a live auction date still to be determined," said Laurie Tarver of the NRC-Windham Realty Group partnership.NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC is a 20-year-old Chicago-based firm specializing in the accelerated sale of real estate by auction and sealed bid sale.
