The Pantry to Sell 5 Local Properties

Five Jacksonville commercial properties are among 80 properties that convenience store chain The Pantry Inc. is divesting throughout the Southeast.

The properties include a mix of convenience stores with gas, stand-alone convenience stores, closed sites and land in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

The Jacksonville properties include a Chevron station at 9900 Shands Pier Road, a Chevron station at 953 New Berlin Road, a Kangaroo station at 7603 103rd St., a Chevron station at 8840 Phillips Hwy. and a Sprint Food Store at 5959 Old Kings Road.

NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC is assisting the seller with the sealed bid process.
