M&A and Divestiture Transaction:
NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC ("NRC”) served as exclusive financial advisor to Prima Marketing, LLC, of Denver, Colorado, in the sale of 74 operating convenience stores and two land parcels in West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Kentucky to 7-Eleven, Inc. Earlier in 2012, NRC was retained by Prima to coordinate the sale of 22 operating and closed convenience stores, plus four excess retail pad sites, in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio. These stores were part of the Prima chain that were not purchased by 7-Eleven.

Divestiture Transaction:
NRC was retained by 7-Eleven, Inc. to coordinate the sale of 38 gas stations and convenience stores in Upstate and Western New York. 7-Eleven acquired these properties as part of its acquisition of the 188-store Wilson Farms chain in 2011. The sites were sold using NRC's "buy one, some or all” sealed bid process. Sites were sold without 7-Eleven branding and were sold with or without fuel supply.

Divestiture Transaction:
NRC was retained by Saunders Management Co. to sell the underlying real estate on 26 properties sold in the 7-Eleven divestiture described above.
