Sites For Sale In Alabama

NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC (NRC) is coordinating the sale of four operating convenience stores with gas and one retail pad site in Alabama.
The retail pad site, zoned B2-Business, is located in Evergreen, Ala., directly off of Interstate 65, while the convenience stores are located in Greenville, Luverne, Ozark and Prattville on high-traffic corners.
Building sizes for the c-stores range from 1,800 sf to 5,150 sf, with sites ranging from 1.21 ac up to 2.8 ac. The land size on the retail pad site is 26,250 sf. All sites are being sold with real estate and without fuel supply or fuel brand.

The sale is being conducted using NRC's well-known "buy one, some or all" sealed bid sale process.
