Genesee Township, Michigan strip mall on auction block June 14

Genesee Township, MI – A 10,160-square-foot strip center on Richfield Road here is one of many properties that NRC Realty Advisors will auction off June 14 in Troy.

The building at 4423-4435 Richfield Road has six units and had been valued at $95,250.

The minimum bid in the bank-ordered auction is $25,000, according to NRC Realty Advisors.

The auction will be held at 1 p.m. June 14 at the Marriott hotel, 200 W. Big Beaver Road, in Troy.
