Wyoming Fuel Distributor up for Sale

By Donna HarrisPerkins Oil, a Rawlins, Wyoming, wholesale fuel distributor with three company-operated gas stations, three cardlocks and a bulk plant is for sale, according to its advisor NRC Realty & Capital Advisors.
The second-generation family business, which has branded fuel contracts with Conoco and Sinclair, operates in Carbon County, supplying four Conoco dealers. Two of its gas stations are branded Conoco and one is branded Sinclair, Jeff Kramer, NRC's managing director told OPIS.
Its bulk plant is situated near Sinclair's Carbon County refinery. The cardlock sites are in Saratoga, Hanna and Bairoil.
The deal also involves rolling stock including 22 vehicles. Perkins provides short- and long-term tank rentals, diesel delivery, gasoline delivery and lubricants, as well as industrial, commercial, and agricultural fuel delivery to the Carbon County area, which is in the south-central part of Wyoming, NRC said.
