Couche-Tard Puts 36 Circle K Stores on the Market
NRC Realty & Capital Advisors is coordinating the sale of the sites located across 14 states

By Melissa Kress, Executive EditorLAVAL, Quebec — Alimentation Couche-Tard is putting for sale signs on 36 Circle K convenience stores.
The stores are spread across 14 states. They measure up to 4,000 square feet and have an average lot size of 25,000 square feet. Of the sites, 20 are fee-owned and 16 are leased while 23 properties sell fuel. The remaining sites are convenience only, according to NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC (NRC).
Couche-Tard has engaged with NRC to coordinate and manage the marketing and sale the c-stores.
"We have some good sites in this offering which will be of interest to individual operators and smaller companies," said Evan Gladstone, NRC's executive managing director. "There are multiple stores in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas with single stores in Alabama, California, Michigan, Tennessee and Virginia."
The stores are offered without fuel supply and without convenience store brand. The bid deadline has been set for Dec. 4. Interested parties may get store locations and additional information by going to the NRC website at www.nrc.com/2514.

This is NRC's fourth sale for Circle K in the last five years. The most recent engagement was for 68 Circle K convenience stores across 21 states in the fall of 2023.
Circle K is a global banner of Laval, Quebec-based Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., which operates in 31 countries and territories and more than 16,800 stores. Approximately 13,100 locations offer road transportation fuel.
