BP to Sell 34 Gas Stations and Commercial Sites in Ohio

Source: Convenience Store News
CHICAGO - BP is selling 34 sites through NRC Realty Advisors LLC, 17 of which are BP branded gasoline stations, located throughout the Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio, marketing areas.

Of the 17 BP branded sites, two are closed sites that are being offered for redevelopment or other commercial use. The other 15 locations are being offered for commercial redevelopment and include two vacant land parcels.

"The BP brand is distinctive in Ohio," Hope Mineo, managing director of NRC, said in a statement.

The BP sites are being sold through NRC's sealed bid sale process with a deadline of Nov. 8, 2007. To submit a bid, interested parties must obtain a property specific package (PSP) for each site. Each PSP contains a site-specific bid package with bid instructions, a bid form and purchase contract as well as site-specific due diligence information, including a title commitment, survey and environmental information. The packages may be purchased from NRC in either hard-copy or CD-ROM format at $35 and $25, respectively, the company stated.

As part of the sale, NRC will conduct a How-To-Bid Seminar on Oct. 18, in Columbus, Ohio. For reservations, call the NRC Customer Service Center at 800.747.3342, ext. 717. A complimentary color portfolio brochure with site information summaries and maps can also be obtained through NRC.
